Prototype manufacturing for complex components and systems
Rapid implementation thanks to a high degree of vertical integration and integrated processes
In prototype construction, the focus is on the rapid and precise conversion of design data into functional components and assemblies. The aim is to test, validate and efficiently refine technical solutions under real-world conditions.
A key advantage of our approach is the high level of in-house value creation. Thanks to the close integration of design, in-house toolmaking, manufacturing and quality assurance, we can produce prototypes in a very short time – within a few weeks, depending on complexity.
In-house toolmaking enables rapid adjustments and optimisations without external dependencies. Changes to geometries or processes can be implemented immediately, significantly shortening iteration cycles.
We manufacture prototypes from a batch size of 1.
In addition, our metrology suite ensures the precise inspection and validation of the manufactured components. Dimensional accuracy, functionality and quality are checked at an early stage, forming the basis for sound development decisions.
This integrated structure results in short lead times, high flexibility and end-to-end process control – from initial implementation to the tested prototype.

Variety of materials used in production
We have a large in-house stock of tubing and sheet metal in a wide range of standard diameters and wall thicknesses, ideal for rapid prototyping and pre-production runs. Thanks to our readily available materials, we reduce lead times, speed up production start-ups and ensure consistent quality. Please feel free to contact us for information on stock levels and delivery options for prototypes! The following materials are commonly used in our operations:

Prototyping examples
We manufacture prototypes and pre-production runs with a focus on reproducible geometries, tight bend radii and defined wall thicknesses. We produce complex pipe routing, transitions and flange assemblies – even for thin-walled pipes and complex shapes. Our manufacturing process takes into account factors such as springback, bending allowance and welding distortion right from the design stage to ensure dimensional accuracy and functionality.
