Integrated testing processes for the most demanding requirements

Quality assurance is a central component of our manufacturing process and ensures that all components meet the required specifications. Through structured inspection processes carried out between individual production stages and the use of modern measurement technology, we guarantee consistently high quality – from the prototype right through to series production.

 

Thanks to our exacting quality standards for all manufactured components, we carry out all inspection procedures in-house. Our quality assurance is closely integrated with production, enabling continuous monitoring and rapid response times in the event of deviations. This allows sources of error to be identified quickly and rectified at an early stage.

Whether for development verification, in-process testing, re-qualification or the assessment of inspected parts, we have the appropriate testing methods for every requirement.

 

Measurement room and geometric inspection

In our metrology room, we regularly inspect production components and individual parts for dimensional accuracy and quality. Production fixtures are also checked for dimensional accuracy at specified intervals. Prototype fixtures are likewise measured prior to their first use.

For special applications, such as the measurement of fixtures, we also use manually operated measuring machines. This enables us to reliably inspect individual or large-volume components. A small scanner allows components to be measured quickly and cross-checked in CAD.

Quality assurance in the production

In the field of tube bending, we rely on modern scanning technology to capture bending parameters quickly and accurately.

This in-process monitoring enables deviations to be detected and corrected at an early stage, thereby preventing scrap.
