3-axis milling — maximum flexibility for prototypes and initial production runs
Our six in-house POS 3-axis milling machines provide crucial flexibility for rapid prototyping and initial production runs, giving you a clear competitive advantage. Thanks to fully in-house production, we shorten iteration cycles, reduce coordination efforts and enable last-minute adjustments without external waiting times — ideal for projects where time-to-market is critical. With a maximum machining area of 2050 x 1150 x 700 [mm], both small and large tools can be manufactured.

Materials and typical applications
Our 3-axis milling services cover a wide range of materials and are suitable for a variety of industrial applications. We machine aluminium, structural steel, stainless steel, plastics and common special alloys cost-effectively and with precision. Our machines are primarily used to manufacture tools, but we also produce small batches of individual items such as brackets, assembly components, tool plates and functional parts for mechanical engineering, the automotive sector, aerospace, medical technology and general industry. Innovative clamping devices also enable 5-axis milling operations to be carried out.

In- House tool manufacturing
In addition to standard milled parts, we manufacture sophisticated tools and forming aids that require the highest levels of precision and stability.
- Pressing tools for rotationally symmetrical components
- Deep-drawing tools for forming processes with high requirements
- Shell and forming tools for complex geometries
- Hydroforming tools with complex geometries
- Fixtures and tool plates for stable series production processes
